Originally a Colorado mountain girl with a passion for anything water related, Caitlin discovered the Florida Keys six years ago aboard a 30ft sailboat and quickly fell in love with the islands and the water that surrounds them. After taking FII Levels 1 and 2 at Formula Freediving in Marathon, her love of freediving, depth training and spearfishing grew and led to her desire to share her passion through teaching. As an FII Level 1 instructor in the beautiful Florida Keys, Caitlin is passionate about and eager to share safe freediving practices and techniques, and is an advocate for ocean sustainability.
